Bertram Boie is a research fellow at the World Trade Institute
in Berne (Switzerland) and at the University of Lausanne
(Switzerland). His research focuses on investment and trade.
Bertram's PhD is concerned with the fragmented landscape of
investment regulation applicable to Europe and China. Before
going into academia, Bertram worked at an investment advisory
firm in Beijing (China), and at the UN Conference on Trade and
Development's section for international investment agreements in
Geneva (Switzerland).
• Erika de Wet is Co-Director of the Institute for International and
Comparative Law in Africa, as well as Professor of International
Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria (South Africa).
She also retains an appointment as Professor of International
Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Amsterdam
(The Netherlands), where she was employed full-time between
2002 and 2010. Together with Professor André Nollkaemper,
Professor de Wet is Editor in Chief of the Oxford Reports on
International Law in Domestic Courts (ILDC) Online.
