This book was submitted as a PhD thesis at the University of Passau in February 2021. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to my supervisor, Professor Dr. Christoph Herrmann, LL.M., for his support during the entire PhD process. Being an internationally recognized expert both in EU trade defence law and EU competition law, his comments on my work were extremely valuable.
